Never knew Noel's voice was this good. He is spot on and it feels very heart felt. Sometimes a bravado exterior is to cover up a very sensitive interior. I think that is the case with Noel. To sing a song this way you have to have a lot of emotional depth and put in a lot of time to develop talent. He comes across as being very flippant but I think that is all an act. He can sing lots of different styles after hearing this.

In fairness, his voice is much more timid and shy in this compared to how great his vocals have become since becoming the front man of NGHFB. He’s really put in the work and he sounds tremendous now. This song here was the rough and unpolished voice. I loved it at the time and I’m a massive fan today.

Noel knew... Noel knew how important and how brilliant this man's work is. He understood it. A proper musician who gets inside the song and feels it and is incredibly respectful of the original. I always loved Burt Bacharach, his music brought me through my youth etc. Our daughter came along later and she was a Gallagher Bros fan. Time is but a measurement, nothing more, whereas memories they are to most people forever. I'm jealous of those eyebrows🍀. My uncle grew his in Florida, but my father and I were highplains drifters (Pale Rider... Midwest Cowboys) ...see Ricky Nelson (ozzie and Harriet) for unrehearsed case studies. My father and his younger brother had the same hair curly pattern-balding complexion effectively....but my uncle who moved to Florida when he was 13: when my father went to Notre Dame University and #the_fighting_Irish where my uncle also eventually graduated 🎓 as well. But my uncle is the musician singing at the family dinner Sunday night and always with a close friend who my aunt and uncle were always with, and this guy was Luke Skywalker, Mark Hamill, COOL (no sunglasses, just a cool and therapeutically concerned person who would listen intently and really understand... For years, he and my aunt and uncle were a team until they had kids ,and I suppose Neil went to another galaxy 🛸🪐🎸 for a while...I dunno. But those #EYEBROWS (OMG) ...as a 12 years old growing up in California I looked at the bold caterpillars pupating on my own brow with great suspicion like a Virgin...who was afraid of growing up like a pot-head [imagine that: now get a grip and #IMAGINE BETTER like NYC Baltimore Casa Blanca darjeeling timbuktu....Eyebrows veiled and articulate (jeepers shaggy) Mysterious?
