Actually, breaching the contract is not a crime, but a civil matter in business. When Hiromi finds out that Yuji is unfaithful, she filed divorce and suing him for alimony. Extra scene: Hiromi went to Sato's residence and apologize to Keiichi and Nagisa for Yuji's behavior, Keiichi forgave her and he said it was not her fault. Nagisa encourage Hiromi to look for a man who is faithful to her, and Hiromi gladly took that advice. Moving to the next scene, We see Yuji working part-time while looking for full-time jobs (you guys could say Yuji is unemployeed while working part-time). Due to the rumors about his breaching of business contract was spreaded widenly to the regular/major companies, Yuji always been rejected. Mr. & Mrs. Saito has already disown Yuji for getting Sued from Tokiday Advertisement for breaching the contract, and also sued for alimony from Hiromi. Yuji's friends from his highschool years, especially Keiichi cut all of their ties with him. No one will care when he is struggling. As for Keiichi and Nagisa, they were living peacfully after Yuji's wrongdoings became light, when Nagisa announced to Keiichi that she was pregnant, Keiichi said 'yes!' with proud that he and Nagisa are going to be parents.
