Chick Corea was not only a great virtuoso, a creative composer and a skillful arranger but also one of the nicest people to work with.

One thing I love about Chic, you can relate with his 'complex' music no matter your level. He brings it down to your level so you feel it. He wasn't just an Artist, he was great at the Art of Music!

He started out as a hard core avant guard artist. Then he went the Return to Forever route.

This man was on a whole other level...jesus christ. Rest in piece master!
I can relate. I had a chance to see him my freshman year of high school and never got to cause it was too short notice. Along with after school marching band rehearsal.

But in the same year ( 2019 ), listen to Spain in the Tchaikovsky hall. He did even better. 🎉❤❤❤
