@@deewin5712 nope. They will send you a social security card if you didn’t get one. But if you have one already. And it’s been updated on the what you guys needed. Then you don’t need to go social security office. Only if you need to change things for your actual social security card.

Congrats on the social security card. As of now. Once you submit your aos to usics. They will determine on your case and either send you a green card or send you a work permit. Once you get a green card. You don’t need a permit. The temporary permit is to use while your green card comes in hand after that Hope this makes sense

Hi brian it's been 7 months I filled my AOS December recieve RFE Feb I submit my RFE the day after i received my RFE USCIS Received my RFE response March 1. Until now still no changes of my USCIS account status. Shall I call USCIS?

@@pelarmiemijares5811 oh wow that’s crazy that it hasn’t changed or anything since March. Maybe just wait a little bit longer because since you just submitted your request further evidence that should re-process everything for the next three months or so. So hopefully by this month, you’ll get a response.

@@pelarmiemijares5811 but if they haven’t changed anything and haven’t update then all you have to do is just keep waiting. There’s nothing you can do but just wait. That’s just how it is at the immigration services.

@@pelarmiemijares5811 I think you can email USCIs on your status check up. Cause usually if you submit your rfe. They usually process right after it faster.

Hey Bryan! Just a question if you can help! I've now been waiting 115 days for my AOS. I received an email from the USCIS last week saying ''thank you for your enquiry on 'x' date we have 30 days to look at this'''. However i have not tried contacting the USCIS in anyway during this 115 day wait and therefore not put any inquires in, do you know what this could be for? Thanks!

Just keep checking your tracking on your case. As of right now, it’s been delayed on the AOS and USCIS is working faster to get everything to be approved. All you can do is just wait and see what happens. Even though it might be hard to see what’s going on. As of right now. It’s out of our control.

It depends on the case and if the evidences is sufficient. And if it needs to be processed more. My whole green card with an rfe took about a good three months total. But right now usics is backed up again. So be patient. It will happen soon. Keep tracking it. You got this.
