Very nice video, I really like to listen to Ryan, great thoughts and great perception of the game. Always a great listen :)

Thanks a ton, Dietz! It’s really encouraging to read positive comments like this (and those above/below)… Def helps incentivize making more content! Glad you found it useful!

Awesome video! Would love to see the battle tactic exercise done with a reactive army such as BoK. BoK have a lot of battle tactics which depend heavily on your opponent

Hey Andrew! Thanks a lot for the kind words! I actually have a buddy in mind for that video, if we can get around to making it. He just played a perfect GT at a teams event where he scored full Battle Tactics and Grand Strat in all 5 games with Khorne.

Would love a battle tactics video for Cities of Sigmar! Also, will you be doing a full review for the Cities of Sigmar Battletome?
@ryanburruss9 ай бұрын
Actually doing both of these is totally reasonable, and yes, we were already planning on doing a full Battletome review. If you haven’t seen it yet, maybe check out our 2 live streamed Cities leaked Battletome videos!

Looking forward to when the full Battletome review comes out!@@ryanburruss

*inhaling the knowledge* AHHHH thats the stuff! One criticism i have: maybe you can do like the little chapters thing in the time line to besser overlook your major bullet points :) Cheers!

Thanks man! Glad you’re getting something out of my ramblings! And yes you’re right, time stamps would be helpful. I always just forget that’s a thing. I’ll add them when I get a chance!

And time stamps have been added!

Another great video full of awesome tips Ryan! :) I know it wasn't popular at the time but I do miss the first time we saw battle tactics when they where more simple and equal for everyone to pull from. Such as "Kill the enemy general this turn" "destroy a unit this turn" blah blah blah. Made games much more entertaining IMO than having people who can just pull up easy battletome tactics and just slot in 1 or 2 from the general pool. But such is the state of the game and you're very on point with needing to build your list to be able to do a tactic a turn over a fluffy list to win games. P.S "Real talk Ryan" should totally be it's own series about everything and anything... :P haha. Keep up the great work mate! :)

Aww, thanks Lakey! Been some time since I’ve been able to get a video like this out, but had a randomly open evening and decided to just make it happen (despite how backlogged I am with tournament reports and book reviews). In any case, def agree that it’s a totally different era re:the ease of tactics, but as a listbuilding dude, I def see this as a nice challenge. Also kinda makes listbuilding strangely easier in some ways. Thanks again for following along, dude!

Awesome content! AoS is missing that, so thanks a lot for the explanation ❤

Thanks a ton, RealKilli! Whenever I make a new video series I always try to come up with stuff that I don’t see much of out in the AoSphere, so it’s really nice to hear that other people receive it this way as well!
