If you need the inlet manifolds, then ring Rotax (the Rotax man) as they are half the price that Aprilia sell them for.

Would a sign of failing gaskets be the revs failing to fall as quickly as they used to, so taking a while to drop after releasing the throttle or blipping it?

Just bought a 2006 RSV 1000 R Factory and it started running poorly the day after i got it. It would sometimes misfire and die when idling, when revving the engine while idling og when coming to a stop. The dealer has ordered two brand new flanges, because the old ones were rotten and cracked everywhere. Currently they tried to fix the flanges temporarily with some liquid gasket and the sort, while waiting for the new ones to arrive. It's better than before, but still happens sometimes. Do you think the flanges could be my issue here? They checked vacuum, stator and changed the spark plugs as well. Also my clutch is dragging a little bit, i think it's because of the after market levers. I'll try adjusting the push rod tomorrow to see if that'l help. I really hope the dealer can sort it out, it's such a great bike. Thanks for all the great videos griff!

My fuel lights stuck on and it's got a full tank 🤔 it runs perfectly still any ideas.
