Doctor I had Just a pain in my hip bone, tail bone and back that somehow j started to be on painkiller . After 3 days of continuous painkiller j felt j am bringing another disease in my body somehow bi had started to loose interest to live because even if I rest pain was making me restless. Your video for Hip pain I saw and took courage to do it. Next day itself tail bone pain gone. Hip bone pain in last 2 days reduced almost 80 percent. You came ax an Angel in my Life. I used to do some of these some years ago when I had knee pain issues ( suggested by my physiotherapist) but I have forgotten some of them since I had stopped doing them once I felt better . Thanks for these exercises . Will start again since I have started having knee pain issues again.
