Looks like a nice place to stay, if you are not bothered by the roosters (I already heard them when you arrived), but they are almost inevitable anywhere in the Philippines, even in major cities. I think the prices are good too.

Question: I saw a sign in the CR that mentioned that tissue (toilet paper) should not be flushed down the toilet--is that still correct? I'm surprised their septic system can't deal with that since all the other apartment places I've seen on video never mention having that issue.
