Hi ! Thank you for your video it was very helpful! Do you know if they accept passport and foreign (french) bank account to pay the first time ? I am moving to Seoul soon and I am thinking that without ARC I cannot create a korean bank account :( Thank you!!!

Hey!!^^ I think it’s okay you’ll just pay a lot of taxes 😥 but you can create a bank account in some banks with your passport and then change to your ARC once you get it^^
