It’s crazy how many properties in Vegas have these same floor plans. I feel like out of all of the ones Ive seen, Empire Apartments (which is not far from Society) has the best prices. The only thing Empire doesnt have is the upgraded stove and the front loading washer and dryer. The base rent for those is only like $1700 for the 1123 sq ft 2bedroom.

Thanks for the video. We currently rent and have problems with smoking and noise. We are on the ground floor and will never rent ground floor again. We are in Henderson and find everyone is dog eat dog here.

@@akneemoose3383 you’re very welcome. Oh I’m sorry, same here we live on the first floor because we have a dog, but it’s very annoying because neighbors don’t care that it’s not only them living in apartments.. I would say that’s the downside of renting 😣

These are so nice I’m impressed with the price and for the space it’s not bad compared to LA prices. if these were in La they would be $5,000 monthly I’ve seen small non solo apartments with the the same price .. Are these above other units? My biggest thing that I think about is price, space and it’s worth also being above or under ppl lol I will soon have a toddler running around but I also don’t wanna be hearing my neighbors or then hearing me lol.

Wow that’s a lot! Yes here you will be on top of the neighbors if you choose to have an upstairs, but I have rented from places that weren’t build right so I heard everything from my neighbors. But with newer construction apartments I feel like they try to minimize the noise from everyone.. I prefer to be on the first floor because I have a dog and I hate carrying furniture upstairs lol 😆

@@carolinelopez91 omg I am traumatized by my old apartment in college lol we would yell at the upstairs neighbors through the vents they’d do everything. Then some KZbinrs I watch had to move because their small children are too much for their downstairs neighbors. I hate stairs too and my pit can do stairs but no thanks lol my back hurts. Thank you for this, truly it also helps to know how some properties are because we need elevators and most apartments do not have elevators

@@bittenbybeautyy yeh some builds I’ve noticed don’t have elevators which I feel they should have some since they are 2-3 stories tall.. Oh yeh I definitely have stories about my past neighbors experience 🤦🏽‍♀️☺️

I currently live here and live in downstairs unit. I can hear a lot from upstairs neighbors. If I could, I would choose an upper unit. Good thing is that all units are only two floors. New construction units are being built right now. Steam room and sauna are amazing!

I still love these, but still cannot afford‼️🫣 I suppose I should show gratitude for finding a nice place here in Southern Highlands, but I really miss the days of 2.5 times the rent to qualify.
