Actually, i do not mind the possessiveness of a Fililina because my girlfriend trusts me, and the difference between a Fililina and an American woman in this regard are . A Fililina will be possessive but in loving way while being very clingy, while an American woman will argue with the man and not trust the man. The other difference is an example a Filipina will say do not go to the nails salon to do your nails and will do it for you while an American woman says do not go and will not do it for you. One woman compromises, the other will not. So i would rather have a possessive Fililina any day.

I find your comment soooo funny bro. I'm an American male... Trained as a massage therapist, but learned how to do nails in a Vietnamese nail salon. When my American women I'd date... Would want to get their nails done... Which is quite expensive(usually $70 or more each time) So being that I don't have a lot of money & that I'm trained to do that as well.... I'd suggest I do their nails. American women(I've suggested this with multiple women) would balk... At the suggestion that I do their nails... I was cheap & the thought just lowered me in their eyes.

I love the idea of the loyalty and faithfulness of Filipina women. I would love to have someone be protective of me as long as she trusts me. A relationship has to have trust. Hi Mia, I would have no problem with my girlfriend/wife being protective of me, it would only make me proud. I have lost a wife and later a fiancé because of their cheating. Faithfulness and loyalty are extremely important to me and as a matter of self respect I have never cheated on any partner ever. My faith in western women is nonexistent. Thank you for you channel. But I am almost 40 years old, male. I have known a Filinipina since I was 23 years old, 17 years. We have talked, chatted, emailed, video, everything for years upon years. I was going to go meet her in 2018, paid for a very expensive trip to Palawan. She is from Cebu, I am from USA. She broke my heart after soooooo many years talking to her, paying for everything just to change my plans to go spend my vacation elsewhere. I used to video chat her with her family, sing, laugh. She has continued to hurt me with things she has said. I am almost 40 now. I don’t know how to express the disappointment I have after all these years giving so much time, energy, money etc. It’s something most people won’t ever understand Obviously I still care otherwise I wouldn’t have clicked on this video. I have to be very careful when I go to the Philippines with my wife because there are Filipinas on every corner and every mall or restaurant flirting not only with their eyes but their whole body. I know that so I am cautious. My wife takes very good care of me in every way and I don’t want to jeopardize that. Just remember if you hold the bird in your hand too tight and give it no freedom as soon as it slips out of your hand it will fly away never to return but if you caress the bird and feed it and take care of its every need it will eat out of your hand forever.

They are obsessed with you for 2 main reasons: 1st Filipinas love hard. 2nd if you are a good man they view you as a winning lottery ticket . And I’m not talking about money, or a green card, that’s just a plus. They live in a world where they constantly get abandoned because of cheating or financial stress or having a baby, where if their bf gets her pregnant it’s just easier for him to leave and get a new gf then take care of both of them. A decent man there is a real prize worth holding on to.

I have known the most beautiful caring and loving Filipina for just over 9 years now. We have never had an argument or fight ever. She is the most understanding lady i have met. We did separate once only coz i wanted to protect her from her ex husband. During that time we would occasionally talk, she did talk to other guys, had some kind of relationship with them. Nice video. Just wanted to comment on 6:48 "She's just doing this to protect the relationship." It's not quite always true. Sometimes, sure. But many times, people use that as a scapegoat for more vulnerable reasons. It usually regards an attachment insecurity someone has about themselves; they're afraid of being alone/alone again. If it becomes a pattern in a relationship, the overprotectiveness can grow in excess, and cause a lot of redundant drama. So I feel like when that happens, the person ends up trying so hard to keep their partner close but only ends up creating distance and achieving the opposite intended result. That's just my 2 cents though, and obviously it doesn't apply to all couples nor all degrees of jealousy.

Mia, do Filipinas consider that they may smother or choke their boyfriend's/husband's spirit? I think being overly "protective" may very well be seen like this and it will be difficult for the foreigner. She may actually chase off her boyfriend if he doesn't understand or appreciate what is behind her actions.

Is it love or manipulation? It's possible that manipulators love bomb (turn on the intensity), deceive, fake emotion, but there are signs that she's really into you. Does she seem to understand you at the detail level (eye color, history, preferences) or does she just kind of put you in vague categories? Over time, is she the same person? When there's a breakdown, can she own her part or do you see gaslighting or other manipulative behaviors? Time is on your side, gents.
