How did your remove the spring valves in the head

I removed the valve and the spring off of it leaving the seat only then I heated the seats with the torch heat and they come right up there a stainless steel metal so it shrinks a lot when you heat it. That is how I did it.

I cut slots three slots on a socket that fits in the hall, almost like a tri claw and then spin them off. They’re threaded on just like a bolt so the crown comes off and you can retrieve the spring in the bell out.

Hello. My name is Martin and I just ran across your KZbin channel. Your content is very interesting and informative. I just bought an old truck with a spare unit in the back. Bean royal 55. is stamped on it and it's a triplex . It has a industrial 4 cylinder motor with a 500 gallon stainless steel tank. I don't know if this is useful or if I should do anything with it? Would you know anyone that might want this? Just curious to see if it is still usable for any service applications?
