What intensity percentage level should I start with for every mode once I get my Apollo device? I know the site says to start with very low intensity

I've been using the Apollo Neuro for just over 2 months for treating my PTSD and it's been like night and day. I use it a lot and I've found myself feeling emotion on a regular basis, generally being more energized and positive and I've cut my caffeine intake from 3 cups a day to between 1/2 a cup to 1 cup of coffee. While some of this may be placebo to a degree, I haven't felt this way in several years due to depersonalization. Given how regularly I use it, I'm going to say it works as advertised and I do recommend it. With that in mind, I've found that if I overuse certain settings - especially the more energetic ones - I get anxious and jittery; some settings just don't work for me at all. So your mileage may vary. Overall though, highly recommend it. It's worth the investment for me, at least.

No way depersonalization, i suffer from that 24/7 and I've been looking at so many reviews only to read the comments because I don't really trust the reviews themselves lol, so has the depersonalization improved or do you feel like it's gone 100%? I'm so glad to have read your comment, i might give this a go
@Nemo37K3 жыл бұрын
@@mas2108 I was hesitant too cause of the price tag, but I've definitely been feeling like I used to pre-trauma re: depersonalizing. Of course, I'm only one person, but it has worked for me to date. I'm not 100% and I still have moments where it happens, but it's significantly less than it was several months ago. Hope that helps

I also have PTSD and recenly bought the Neuvana Xen. I am becoming so excited about what these devices can do for us because it seems like we need external devices that stimulate the nervous system in a way that serves us, instead of being stuck in the fight flight state. Any updated findings from longer-term use? Any data from your oura ring in terms of increased average HRV? Increased max HRV readings? Very curious since the Apollo itself does not provide measurements/read outs of what it’s supposedly aiming to improve. Thanks!

9:17 what are those other things? What's the best thing for someone with anxiety, health problems (immune system), and low HRV who is resistant to doing anything (asking for a relative)? I'm hoping Apollo Neuro or Doppel would help this person get out of the rut they are in and perhaps get them to a place where they are willing to put more effort into their health/wellbeing. Anyone have any advice?
