The poll rate depends on how many devices you have on the system. It is polling very quick as you don't have many devices on the system 👍

Cool test! Does it only work with apollo or would it work with Ctec addressable devices too?

C-tec make addressable sounders that are compatible with apollo xp95/discovery, so you can use them on any panel that supports xp95/discovery. I'd recommend the ctec voice sounders over the apollo discovery voice sounders, they sync better and sound clearer
