I’ve dated a few Latinas (Panama, Nicaragua, Colombia, and Ecuadorian) and I have to say this: as a man, you have to be Alpha. No in between. If not you will get eaten alive. You have to be masculine and always stand your ground. Be sure in your decisions. Make her feel loved and wanted. Little thoughts, gifts and nice comments go a very long way. Know some Spanish. Know how to dress. PDA is in (that’s a really cool benefit). Be open-minded to trying foods of her culture. Her family is ALWAYS going to be in the picture or at least top five in discussions. Family is paramount. If you aren’t looking to be open to settling down and possibly have kids one day, keep looking elsewhere. Their passion is universal. super sensual. Ok, you guessed it they get CRAZY sometimes but that’s because they are passionate about life. If you’re on the receiving side, just make sure it stays good. I have some experience with this...way back during my military days I dated a girl from Argentina 🇦🇷 I remember the day I got decked out in all Argentina gear and colors and still remember what she told me she felt about me doing that for her. I've dated a Mexican and Dominican woman before and I love Hispanic women and I think they are the most beautiful women on earth!! Unfortunately the Dominican woman was a woman I work with and she actually moved in with me, but only desired sex instead of a committed relationship, and after she left tried to get me in trouble at work because she was so vindictive. After moving down South, my family and I live in a small rural town. There's a big enough Latina population. I've already been attracted to Latin women, and would love to find ways to meet them. The issue is that there's not much around town when it comes to places to meet people. Unless you count church, which I don't attend. I'm also high functioning autistic, and I'm at a point where I do not believe I know HOW to approach anyone, where and when is the right time and place. Especially women. I found in the city a Latin club, but I'm not sure if that's the best place for the time being. The best place I can think of for where to meet Latina women is the various Spanish speaking venues like stores and restaurants. Some have told me that you can meet people in general in stores and restaurants. But in the North, randomly approaching someone at the store or starting a conversation with a cashier or waiter is frowned seen as creepy, weird, and intrusive. Going back to being autistic, I worry about unknowingly crossing a cultural or personal social boundary, because that does happen at times. So, I don't know where to meet Latin women in a manner where it would be appropriate to meet them.

I’m actually a little shock she is still talking to them after you expressed that you are not happy about it. In any culture I believe, if a person doesn’t stop doing something that hurts you, then they are emotionally unhealthy. Sorry to hear that, I’m a Mexican woman who had a long term relationship with a Canadian man, and he kept talking to his ex even when I expressed that I was super uncomfortable about it. He did it twice and damaged the trust that we had. Just end it if she keeps doing it, it’s not a cultural thing, it’s more of a personality aspect. Good luck!

I'm half African American🇺🇸 half Cuban 🇨🇺 but grew up mostly in a African American house hold but I was always strongly in Hispanic culture and treat latina women with respect. Also, I have dated latina women all my life from Puerto Rico, Cuba,Columbia,El Salvador and Mexico. Lastly, I always attend Latin nights at my local nightclub latina always came naturally to me.

The conundrum here is that Latin women want a dominant man but often have a need to be dominant themselves. This is based on my experience with dating Latin women. Can anyone resolve this?

It's more of a need. A dominant yet tender man will be able to handle the high degree of passion and expressiveness of us. A dominant man won't turn into a little bitch when our fire sparks and harsh words are said. Betas tend to get chewed up and spit out. We get bored of betas. Dominant alphas are exciting and challenging and can put us in our place when needed.

Hello Apollonia... how are you... just a quick reaction to this video... I have dated Latinas, in particular Brazilians and Colombians, and two close relationships com (with) uma Portuguesa y (and) una Espanhola... I love them all, but for different reasons. I think for any Man (Gringo) who as dated or love a Latina knows and has experienced many if all the tips you and your guest have provided... but it is also important to acknowledge that for the Gringo who has yet to date a Latina... he has no idea of what to expect when involved with a Latina, since he will always be measured by (or judged by) her experience with the Men from her Culture... could be a plus, could be a minus, it just depends upon the Woman, her local choices and her vision for her future. And know this, there is a big difference between 'Old World' Latinas and 'New World' Latinas. In general, I do not find Latinas difficult to deal with, neither do I find them to be "overly dominate", but rather some of the most dedicated and loving women by culture that a man can choose to love... and I will also add that if a Man seeks to have a serious relationship with a Latina that he should develop some Language skills in her 'Mother Tongue' (he doesn't need to be perfect, but willing to grow in the language) this will be all important... either O Português or El Español (I speak both) will go a longe way toward the ultimate success of a relation with a Latina (and with her family) wither She be a Domestic Latina or a Foreign Latina, because Language Skills provides an entree into the Culture in which she was formed as a woman and some respect with her Family. While the above commentary in my opinion remains true, I find a few areas that if you choose to develop a series on 'How to attract a Latina' for me, would be: (1) the Expectations of a Latina for Dating a Man outside her Culture (not race) and how that plays or conflicts with her Family's Expectations for her as their Daughter... that is 'what to expect from Momá' who generally sets the tone for everyone else, and (2) how navigating her Culture can sometime leads to issues of general incompatibility, ie: She's Catholic. He's Protestant (generally not a big deal, but it can become a big deal later)... I found this is a 'Big One', the 'later' part, or (3) Vision for Life and how the Life should be Lived in terms of almost everything, especially in child raising and overall family relations. I think of my own experience and as an American (Gringo) how simple conflicts resulted from simple misunderstanding, sometimes by Language (not knowing the cultural idiomatic of a word) that have their root in our Cross Cultural differences, which can lead to the undoing of relational bliss... I could elaborate I have some experience on this topic, but I wanted to keep my reaction to your video 'short and sweet' for now. La Apollonia, I invite you to consider making this topic a series...

I watch several videos of dating a latina woman and I never found one, because I'm very shy, I tried dating sites, tinder, eharmony, etc. But it's filled with scammers and fake profiles. It sucks or I will imagine a latina would walk right in front of me and introduce herself; I need one good chance to meet a beautiful smart latina woman, I'm shy, I cook, i study martial arts yet I lost my dad in March 2022 and he always wanted me to be happy.
