And Romans 8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. The Armenian view twists the truth and tries to limit God and add power to men. Jesus saved me at home because I thought was stupid and didn't go, but Jesus spoke to me changing me immediately, the things I loved when I heard Jesus speak I now despise, and the things I despised when hearing Jesus speak I now love, and Jesus through his Holy Ghost has been with me ever since.

Maybe someone can give me some perspective.... I've been in the most painful and difficult situation of my life for the past couple of years. I'm now living on a permanent disability on my mum's property in a trailer and my son is in the other trailer, which is falling apart. Winter is coming and we have no where to go and I can't work because of my disability. I've been praying and praying and trusting this is part of a plan for me from God. All I want is to serve Him, regardless. But my confusion lies where I don't know if I'm supposed to wait on Him as I've been asking Him to lead me to an answer and a home for my son and I. Then I wonder if He wants me to go looking and He'll provide. How am I to know what He wants me to do? I trust Him completely, but then my mind kicks in and I wonder if I'm supposed to be DOING something He's waiting for me to do. I hope someone can give me some insight.💚

If you pray without ceasing (1 Thess 5:14) and beseech Him daily, and ask God for wisdom (James 1:5) and have a few other Christian friends praying for you as well, and do James 5:16, and maybe fast a day a week, and meditate on Gods Word and find solace in the Psalms - eventually God will do something to help you. i just came out of 5 yrs of grief and i know the Lord Jesus will come to you and not leave you comfortless. (John 14:18)

Thanks very much for that. Sometimes it's easy to lose sight of the dedication we need to have as Christian's to our faith. I didn't even think of fasting...but that's absolutely true. My Bible study crew is praying for me now as well as I've shared with them my struggle and I can see and feel God working. I appreciate your answer. .thanks again and God bless.

I am trying to thank God for coming up on 10 years of being unemployed/under-employed. Not months. Years. For a while I thought the purpose was for me to be home to help in a sudden family health crisis situation. But though I am trying my best to honor and help my family in this, it's a very emotionally abusive situation as well. I am failing to be much use here, even though I am trying so hard. And still, no job. I am trapped. Not sure how much longer I can hold on.

AMEN. This particular service popped up for me today as a suggested watch. The words you spoke were absolutely literally the thoughts I was having this morning. Taking matters into my own hands after months of prayer and feeling helpless. My spirit is telling me to trust and my mind and fear are telling me to start taking matters into my own hands. Not because I don't trust God, but because I'm afraid of myself. Therefore I'm essentially not trusting God. Corrie lost her family - the flea story does not make up for that pain. Please remember that. What I understand here, is that the LORD is Sovereign. Jeff, your personal testimony is only that - your own personal experience with the LORD because of His Sovereign Plan - and that's all. Many lives will not go that way, with the LORD. My life has been hammered from the very start and the closest I've come to trying to understand why is the devil's hatred for the love of God. Xxx
