My BFF's ex was a huge fan of hers. He was like a big brother to me. He always had something good to say about G.Na as a singer. (We had moments to talk about it because we were the only smokers in our gang, and he was a G.ni while I was a SONE and a Cassie. 😅) He said G.Na sang like she has nothing to do other than to calm troubled souls like his, and I believe then and now that it's true. Before he died, he'd given all his G.Na albums to his niece, in hopes of making her as happy as he was. He played G.Na's music whenever our gang of ten travelled and played together. So much so that whenever my BFF and I hear G.Na's voice, or the intro to Black & White and Loving You, we are reminded of the beautiful memories of our early adulthood under my late friend’s wing. Thank you for telling her story, I really hope she knows how much her music meant for people like my friends and me.

Thank you for making this video! I didn't know there were other people who miss G.na like I do after all these years. I think she has one of the best voices in kpop. A part of me wishes she would come back and release songs again (like "I'll back off so you can live", my favourite) but another part of me doesn't want her to be a target for criticism again. I just hope she is happy and healthy, and living the good life she deserves.
