Thank you as always for your vulnerability, honesty and transparency. That's life and if someone thinks you're selfish or doesn't understand it, it's on them. Those feet would have freaked me out. Love you sunshine, love you captain, Nan

Okay so you had me crying ( for you ) in the beginning, laughing in the middle ( about the farts and your little cartoons ), and scared with the feet from the ceiling ! OMG ! You are the first I have seen to share that ! You have 😢SO much on your plate to deal with in the midst of exhaustion and pain ! 😮 What a blessing to have captain with his humor and yours on this ordeal ❤. You probably still have tendonitis and just can only feel one pain at a time lol . Thank you again for taking us along ! I think I would be tempted to wrap my feet in duct tape every morning and just walk on that 😂😂 Am I the only wierdo that thought that mushroom in the opening was a little rated “X” . ?😜

This American Life featured one of these phones in an episode called One Last Thing Before I go. Super powerful and healing episode. I highly recommend giving it a listen.

When I walked the Camino I did get tired of the constant talk about feet issues, (although it was what all of us peregrinas had in common and gave us all a conversation starter). But don’t ever apologize for talking about your feet - I get it; foot pain is real and seriously impacts the mood. I love that you consistently rise above it!

That shelter's not known as much for the feet as the fact you can order door dash there.

Before my first Camino in 1993, I was French size 44 - - 45 by the end of it. Feet since then have grown > 46 > 47 > 48 and now up to size 50 (US size about 15½ - 16½. I think that's my final shoe size though !!

The Proper terminology is "Crop Dusting" not fart blazing........... The most common place to do Crop Dusting is in large stores like wally-world. Start in one aisle and runaround as someone is entering and see their reaction.............. Great Stuff and much fun ..... Get creative .......... Hahahahahaha.... enjoy

I have been following a few SOBO'S. One is going to finish it in less than a hundred days. I wonder if SOBO'S are the way to go cause even the NOBO'S are going really slow towards the end

It happens to Thru hikers. their feet before trail and after trail are different sizes. Mine changed by about a 1/2 size each. Plus now I can't stand tight shoes. I use to wear 6's and now I typically wear a 7.
