Nice hike ladies! We did that section in the snow! I think Maine Junction is also now the Eastern Terminus of the North Country Trail. (So many trails! So little time!) Interesting pedestrian counter! One of my friends is a NJ ridgerunner (also from PA) and counting hikers is one of their duties also. Hike on!

@StatOnTheAT it was pretty! Winter has its own beauty. My friend used her snowshoe and I used microspikes.
