I'm so happy you like the videos, Melinda! I'm having fun making them. And yeah definitely. I haven't tried it in a SMBC style filling but I'm sure it would be good, and add a really nice texture too. Let me know if you try that!

Yes, refrigerate them at least overnight, but preferably for 24 hours before eating them. Then store them in the fridge and let them get to room temperature before eating them ❤️
