I have a question, you didn't put the almond flour into a blender... did you already have extra fine flour? Many people say to put it into a blender... I tried to put mine into blender... and it didn't go well... it became bigger and oily

I would recommend you to use a different brand of almond flour then, that one must have been too oily which could ruin your macarons. Also i like to blend my almond flour to make it finer and it never clumps up because it’s quite dry and not oily which is extremely important for it to not turn into a paste. :)
