INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 KG APPLE, CUT IN CUBES
PUT IN SAUCEPAN
½ CUP WATER
COOK UNTIL APPLE BECOME SOFT
COOL DOWN & PUT IN BLENDER
BLEND IT
POUR IN A FRY PAN
500 GRAM SUGAR
COOK FOR 10 MIN.
USE A LID FOR PROTECT FROM BOILING PLUP
2 TSP LEMON JUICE
CONTINUE COOK & STIR
4-5 DROPS RED FOOD COLOR
CONTINUE COOK & STIR
2 LINES WILL NOT MIX TOGETHER (JAM IS READY)
COOL DOWN FOR WHILE
POUR IN A JAR
COOL DOWN COMPLETELY IN ROOM TEMP.
YOU CAN KEEP THE JAM IN FRIDGE FOR 3 MONTHS

Can you grind the apples in the blender first? This makes a nice mix for the freezer and destroys the skins and any remaining seed bags. You would need only 1 saucepan instead of 2. I was curious how the jam became red, but the solution was boring.
