Easy, take your money out of the “our accounts” to keep your funds safe. Put in only what you are responsible each month. I’m 65, married at 21. Wife and I have only had shared accounts. We discuss all purchases over whatever falls out of normal household bills. Most purchases are bought with a “I want to buy , or I want to get….” And an ok. Little sis has the right idea, divorce.
