I really hate entitled people. They believe that they can do no wrong until you show them that they are way over their heads. In this case, Olivia thought that she could force Jenna into hosting the party, but Olivia began back peddling when she realized whom Jemma's husband was. To top that, Olivia broke into a secured room by snatching the keys. Then Olivia tried to blame her daughter for breaking the painting, and deny stealing the crystals. It was fortunate that Jemma's family had installed those security cameras. I would have told Olivia that she, and her husband, will pay for the painting as well as return the crystals before I call the police on them. Afterwards, I would have fired Olivia's husband just for the Hell of it. Since Olivia's husband was in on offering suggestions for the party, and he entered the secured room as well, that made him an accessory to the damaged painting as well as the stolen crystals. Bobby getting fired from his job, and seeking a divorce from Olivia, is more than fair - given the alternative.
