I was part of a class action lawsuit back in the day. I went to apply for this electronics salesman job, and the first thing they did was require a lie detector test. I took the test, was honest, and didn't get the job because they said there was something off, not that I was lying, but something was amiss to them, and the test I guess. I thought at the time what a waste of my time, and money as I had to travel 80 miles roundtrip to the interview. I was ticked off to say the least, but a few years went by, and I get a letter in the mail stating I am part of this class action lawsuit filed due to their lie detector practices. I'm never suing on my own so I signed on to the suit expecting maybe $100, $200 tops, but that would cover my expenses so I'd be happy. Some months later I get the check in the mail, open it up, and my eyes lit up! It was for $5000! There were 4 categories of payments, those who were fired based on a polygraph, and those who were refused employment based on a polygraph were in the second highest category. I was happy to be repaid for this BS as I told the truth, and was still refused employment.🤦‍♂👍✌🗽

A lie detector test works by logging multiple vital signs on the basic questions like name, birthday etc. The tester then compares those readings to readings for other questions. So the tester probably didn’t know what he was doing or you just kept your vitals flat and messed him up.

Yes. And Genesis at that time was almost indistinguishable from Phil's solo work. That being said, a lot of people forget or never knew how great a drummer Phil was and how great a band Genesis was. The first four Genesis albums with Phil singing are as great as the stuff with Peter Gabriel singing. The 80s made a lot of great bands from the 70s suck.

This year I got lucky as a member of a class action suit against my employer that I didn't know about until I got a check in the mail. I actually got $2,300. My eyes popped out of my head when I saw the check. I've gotten a few checks for various suits over the years, but their usually like $3.49 or $7.07, but $2,300 is massive. For me, that's a ton of money.

Adam is exaggerating. Fleetwood Mac are a great band and their music is solid. Are their songs overplayed on radio, yeah maybe but that is not their fault. All famous bands with hit songs are guilty of this. I never want to hear Stairway or Dream On but I won't say the bands suck because of this.
