Recipe 1:
2 egg yolks.
Reserve the whites for later.
1/4 cup sugar (60 g).
1 teaspoon vanilla essence, this is optional but it gives a perfect touch to the whole.
You can also use vanilla sugar instead.
1 cup milk (240 ml / 8 fl oz).
1 tablespoon cornstarch (15 gr).
Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened.
Cover with plastic wrap and allow to cool to room temperature.
Add the 2 egg whites.
2 eggs.
2/5 cup sugar (100 g).
A pinch of salt.
1/2 cup milk.
Zest a lime or lemon.
Today I will use lime, it gives a very fresh touch and an incredible aroma.
2 cups flour (280 gr).
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Mix well.
1apple.
Cut the apple into thin slices.
27 x 18 cm / 10.5 x 7 inch mold with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C / 355 F for 35 minutes.
1 teaspoon of powdered sugar to decorate.

Recipe 2:
We grate the peel of a lemon.
Milk 800 ml / 24 fl oz.
Bring to the boil briefly.
Allow to cool at room temperature for 5 minutes.
2 eggs.
Sugar 120 gr / 4 oz.
Vanilla sugar 15 g / 0.5 oz.
Corn starch 45 g / 1.5 oz.
Bring to the boil while stirring constantly.
2 eggs.
Sugar 120 gr / 4 oz.
Sunflower oil 100 ml / 3.4 fl oz.
Milk 100 ml / 3.4 fl oz.
Flour 240 g / 8.5 oz.
Baking powder 15 g / 0.5 oz.
5-6 apples.
Add half the cream.
Even more apples!
Add the rest of the cream.
Bake for 60 minutes at 180 °C.

Recipe 3:
Puff pastry 400 gr / 14 oz.
20 cm / 8 inch shape.
2 tablespoons of water and 2 teaspoons of sugar.
Bake at 190 °C / 175 °F for 18-20 minutes.
4 eggs.
Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
Sugar 120 gr / 4 oz.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Corn starch 45 g / 1.5 oz.
Milk 600 ml / 20 fl oz.
Bring to the boil while stirring constantly.
Cover with plastic wrap and let cool to room temperature.
4 egg whites.
Sugar 150 gr / 5 oz.
Beat for 5-6 minutes until the consistency is reached.
Divide the mixture between two 18cm diameter cake tins lined with baking paper.
Bake with convection at 170 °C / 340 °F for 20-22 minutes.
