Many times with my business devices. Never had an issue. Only known one person who’s had an issue with Apple express replacement - my dad, who was in a mess caused by the initial Apple employee who started the case because they mis entered information, leading to over one month of drama for my dad.

Great video, glad you produced this to show your progress. In the past I’ve dealt with a few large couriers in similar circumstances on a professional level and I think it’s easier for them to deny anything rather than spend time and money looking into what actually happens within their sorting warehouses. Glad you’ve got it all resolved though and highlighted everything

I am having the same issue right now. It has been a week and they sent me an email with no update. I’m pissed off. Glad I’m not the only one.

I just did express replacement for my 2TB iPad Pro M2 with cellular. Ended up getting a $2283+ hold on my card, but I received a new device and sent my old one in with no trouble. The device I received started shutting down randomly 5-6 in the first two weeks. Took it to an Apple Store and they are sending me another express replacement for free! 😂

I have always taken my phone in to Apple and had the screen changed. Much safer option. Btw, if you paid with your CC then you are covered by them. You can bring it up with you credit company and 99% they will back you up.

That’s definitely my plan for the future. Luckily they dropped the $1,200 charge so I didn’t have to even contact the credit card

I have 15 Pro Max that kept glitching and screen going black. Store refused to replace it so Apple support said that’s unacceptable and sent me a new one for free 😂
