The idea that legal contracts aren’t necessary between family members is ridiculous. With some families, legal documents are more necessary than usual.

Most Restaurants, 60%, close in the first year, 80% close after 3-5 years! It's the most high risk business to try period! My son-in-law is doing it. So far he's doing okay, but I worry constantly!

Yeah it's a huge gamble....there's this local restaurant strip near us and there always seems to be a huge rush when a restaurant opens but then it always ALWAYS drops off and half the time the restaurant closes...the other half of the time they remodel or sell something else, it must be so freaking expensive

And they have to have a owner who knows what he's doing. This girl is totally clueless, thinks she can just open a place and that it will run itself while her lazy behind does nothing. Every job she's had was because her father got it for her. She has never done anything on her own and still doesn't have a clue on how to do anything. Her only motivation for starting a business is out of jealousy. Girl is a walking failure.
