I owned a small business with 20 employees. If I had to close for 10 days, OMG 😳 I would have lost a ton of money. My business was seasonal too. Summer months were my peak time, so we couldn’t lose any days during that time🙋🏽‍♀️💕🍦

Honesty, I feel like not only Caroline should be punished, but that receptionist should’ve been fired at least. As well as have her pay in her part of the damages. She should’ve checked with Trina BEFORE letting Caroline and the other moms in. If she had, Trina’s company wouldn’t have lost $40k. I never worked as a receptionist, but I know if I did that, I definitely would’ve been fired.

Company image. It can seriously affect their standing in the community regardless of the reason. Where Caroline screwed up was bringing her husband’s company into it; that gave Trina the ammunition she needed; now it’s not just HER business affected, but Caroline’s husband’s as well. Plus, this way Trina can sue Caroline and truly give her consequences. If it were just impound fees, that might not be much.

@@shadowki5687 and I’m sure they would have, I never argued that. But in smaller communities that kind of action can be seen negatively, even if the company is justified. There’s a few stories on Reddit as to how companies have used methods outside the court to get their intended results.

I drive a tow truck and if you call us to take it away then you have to sign the ticket saying you give us permission to remove it from your property or we WILL NOT touch it. If the vehicle has no keys we gotta drag it out depending on how the vehicle is parked so if something goes wrong then liability reverts back to the ticket your signed so WE ARE NOT reliable you are. So my advice is call the police to make a report even though it's a civil issue just to cover your @$$ just in case the owners try to sue you over anything that might be damaged while being dragged onto the flatbed.

sorry but op did more work then what she had to do, step one call cops, step two call tow company, step three inform husband of wife's doing by showing him the texts step four bill entitled mom friend for everything. keeping all those cars in her lot all this time was just added stress and expenses I would have towed them out when the entitled mom friend threatened me. not a bad video though

OK this is for the lady that owns or works at that business, when that brat Caroline girl didn't listen to you when you told her NO just say fine I will take care of this myself and have ALL of the cars towed the hell out of there it's that simple, jeez people get a freaking backbone. It's funny that Caroline thinks she has ANY say in what her husband's company does or does business with. Caroline WHY didn't you just use your husbands company parking lot? was it because they would have said NO too?
