Doesn’t give any additional value though showing more menu area. Appears display is just stretched width across to give an overall ‘bigger’ impression. Plus why can it only show 4 metrics instead of the 5 for the ultra in the workout app?!

Series 10 is impressive. I love Ultra 2 and am so glad we get sleep apnea detection and speaker mode. Remember, we have double the battery life of Series 10, so it takes twice as long to charge the battery. Also, ceramic display and titanium casing, so much more durable. Action button and siren. If you get the Titanium Series 10, you’re within reach of the Ultra 2. Ultra 2 also had leak brightness of 3000 nits.

@@Cubano2031 I actually got the silver Ultra 2 a week ago. Compared it to the 46mm Series 10 Titanium (not aluminum). The Ultra 2 was on sale and it became around $70 cheaper. ;)

i’d definitely say that ultra is way more niche than people say it is, for a giant majority of people, the series 10 is extremely good, i’ve seen tons of youtube videos of ultra diehards switching to series 10, just saying you should definitely check your use cases and then make a choice

I bought the Apple Watch 10 silver. I love it so far. Even 1mm going from series 7 to 10 actually made a big noticeable difference to me.

I upgraded from the Series 9 to the Jet Black Series 10, and I'm totally satisfied. It's the best looking Apple Watch I've ever owned. The perfect screen size is noticeably bigger, and I really like the two second-hand ticking watch faces especially in the sleep mode. They give an analog watch vibe. And the glossy black makes the base Apple watch look very stylish without the higher price tag. The Ultra watches too rugged for my needs. The 10 is perfect.

OH man I love that Jet Black. I love black, and I love contrast. My car is black and I have chrome accents... so pretty. Piano Black is one of my favorites. If I had the money or room, I'd buy a Grand Piano just to have something that beautiful in my house, lol. Anyway, I have a Series 8 Watch, and after your review, I am actually tempted to upgrade. There is one thing holding me back however; the lack of O2 level tracking that was taken away (for now). Where I still have that on my Series 8. That one is important to me because I have health issues. I was thinking about holding off until Apple can use the O2 tracking again and/or they have the blood pressure and sugar monitoring.

I still prefer AWU2 for longer battery life. Just wish AWU3 get 10 days battery life although it’s still much less than Garmin Fenix 8. I use Garmin as standard for any sport watch.

only reason i didn’t get the jet black was because of the ion-x glass on the screen, meaning it will get hairline scratches really easily, going with gold titanium 46mm

I picked up a 46mm Apple Watch 10 in rose gold yesterday. I have had many Apple Watches over the years since they came out and I was replacing the original ultra. I wasn’t sure about the color but when I went to the Apple Store to see them I ended up liking the rose gold because it was sort of subtle and matte finish. The black was nice but looked like it would scratch very easily. I have many bands and favorite is the Apple braided sport loop but I got a Nike sport loop in starlight pink but then I just put my favorite pride braided sport loop on the watch. After wearing the ultra for two years it’s nice to have a lighter low profile watch.

Although I didn’t think I would leave my Apple Watch Ultra 2 due to the incredible battery life and rugged design. I am willing to trade it for the lighter design and similar screen size offered on the Series 10 this year. The new color looks incredible, and I think the faster charging speed will help combat the lower battery life. Couple more hours to my delivery🎉

I just got it, but honestly, I still prefer my Ultra 2. It's not much bigger, but because it’s so thin with a curved screen, it looks larger. It’s incredibly light, but the bezels are thick-bigger than on the Series 9. If you already have a Series 9, I wouldn’t bother with this one. Still, I’ll keep using it and see how it holds up.

I really want the ultra two in black for the 36 hour battery life however the series 10 thinner lower profile looks and feels more comfortable. I just wish the series 10 had the same battery life as the ultra. I’m still torn.

My series 10 just won’t charge as expected, going from series 6 my 3-1 charged perfectly over night but this one barely reaches 50+ will be contacting Apple for answers or fixes soon

I was wondering, does the sport loop absorb sweat and therefore would it be ill-advised to use for fitness and sports? Also, when pairing the S10 as a secondary watch, does the old watch need to be unpaired first so that the data is backed up to then be able to restore to the new watch, or is there another way to pair the new watch and have it be a copy of your old watch with same settings and faces?

I also have an ultra 2 and got the series 10 in titanium gold man oh man its definitly lighter and seeing the screen from all angles is very impressive. I still have my ultra 2 since it just has a lot of presence but i can use the series 10 every day.
