@@jensenkingsland1946ou obviously don’t know what you’re talking about😂😂 the S6 had a coloured animated watch face while the s3 had a regular black watch face, this means that all the black pixels that the s3 has as watch face are turned off pixels which make it that there’s less power needed. The S6 has a coloured unicorn and it’s animated so the s6 uses more juice (power) than the s3. Maybe it’s a bit unclear what I just told but yh😂 Also it’s not that I know ALOT about tech it’s just that I know something about tech😅 Edit 1: also the S6 has less mAh than the s3 although the difference is not that much

All of these watches have OLED displays. That means that it only turns on pixels that need to be lit. As the series 3 had most of its display dark compared to others, then the watch was always going to last longer.

I own a Series 6 44mm LTE model and I was pleasantly surprised by the battery life. I took it off the charger at 100% at around midnight used it for sleep tracking that night then forgot my phone before going to work. I used it for a few short phone calls some Bluetooth music via AirPods and car audio and even some navigation and it was at 8% when I got home from work. LTE eats battery like popcorn. I think the official rating is one and a half hours of talk time from 100-0. Not really sure who would want to talk to their wrist for that long but yeah.

Used to get 73-75 hours with raise to wake off on my series 3. Now with the 6, it’s 42-44 hours under same conditions. Have data from 1-6 i tan on battery testing. 3 was by far the best.

@HotshotTek Should make all watches use absolutely the exact same face and use apps and GPS workout for half an hour or so. Also, turn the brightness to the lowest setting and turn off some of the background environment noise and handwashing cause that’s what many people would do on their watch. I find it pretty weird the fact that you weren't able to find an Apple Watch Series 0 in good shape. Last year I bought mine for around 90$ as my first smartwatch, and it didn't disappoint at all. Battery still holds a day of usage even one year later. I'm thinking right now to upgrade to an 4 or SE.

In order to replicate a human wrist you would have to put the watch on a living breathing object such as a small animal. You could also build an artificial wrist with a mechanism that can replicate the human heart beat . This would require you to build a system that would pump a fluid at 60 to 100 beats a minute as to reproduce the human pulse . This would also require you to run this mechanism through a series of artificial veins connected to some type of tissued outer layer of material. Sorry if this sounds impossible or a bit sci-fi-ish and fantastical but it would be your best route in order to get an accurate result .
