I had the series 9 in midnight aluminum, but my daughter kept bugging me for it so I gave it to her, I will be getting the stainless steel version in with the series 10

i love the glassy finish from stainless steel but i am not paying double just for that finish, especially Apple updates it almost every year. Aluminum all the way.

I do really love the finish of the stainless steel! I have it in gold & it’s beautiful. The only downside for me is the weight. It does feel & look more expensive. The fact it feels heavier makes me want to wear it less. Specially when you accompany it with other bracelets etc. I think next time I’ll go for the aluminum.

I previously bought the 5 aluminum version first time. This time, upgraded to the stainless-steel gold & it shines. I bought third party Amazon for the gold Milanese (Milan) band for like $15 vs $100 at Apple Store.

I went from a stainless steel series 6 to an Ultra first generation and the Ultra is too cumbersome for me. It’s too bland looking, I’m going back to the stainless steel model when the series X comes out.

The stainless steel is so nice looking, but you can get a similar look for much less if you purchase by purchasing an aluminum apple watch and put a case on it. Awesome video !

I had the series 6 in aluminum and also briefly used the series 1. Aside from the elevated look and feel the sapphire display is one of the best features of the steel watch (have the 8 in ss). The scratched up displays that bothered me are now no more; and definitely can’t go back to an aluminum model now

Honestly I wasn’t aware of this much differences between stainless steel and aluminium watch. I just knew the price difference anyway it’s still huge difference and yes, no wonder people can’t afford straps if they’d buy stainless steel model. The stainless steel model comes with a mineral glass face. That makes it extremely difficult to scratch. Also, the aluminum watches scratch very easily from the aluminum part. If you get one that is black, red, or some other color, the scratches will be noticeable within the first couple of months. the scratches are a big deal because it makes the watch look very aesthetic!

I got a refurbished series 7 stainless steel from refurbed for €319 and it was like brand new with 100% battery health , probably the best way to go for a stainless steel as I wouldn’t pay 💰 the price for a brand new series 9 ss model . Still the same watch ⌚️ tho and I now thing I prefer the look of the aluminium matt finish 🙃 ⌚️ great video as always

Normally these watches are preferably designed for left hand. He’s wearing it on his right hand, changing the orientation from settings. It’s your choice as a user, how to use it.

Stainless steel because of protection from scratches but still none of them is build to last longest because the front glasses are the same for both watches only the body is different.
