@@JunkionMarnot2005 I bought an iPad (best in the market so far) then I had a Samsung Note 20, then I learned about the air drop feature and then got in iPhone 12 Pro Max (best one out of all versions) I had a Samsung Watch and I said well let me try the Ultra Watch 2 since I’m always banging my watch in every corner well, it is really not a big deal and the price for it is not justifiable. Now Samsung has all of those features but I can’t let my ego take over logic and my family finances. I’m keep it until it dies. Apple is Apple ONLY because the Apple groupies, people that have a fashion fetish and in reality they don’t use 90% of its features.

@@oterosocram25 Agreed. We sometimes don’t use all the features of our devices, which can make it seem less useful or worth it. But that doesn’t MEAN it isn’t worth it. I think the value of a thing is what we give it, price notwithstanding. For me, the comfort and convenience of Apple devices, especially the portable ones (iPhone 14 Pro Max - iPad Mini 6 - Apple Watch Ultra 1 for me) are worth the price of entry. Could I get cheaper models of said devices? Sure. Could I buy cheaper devices by other manufacturers? Of course. But Apple’s aesthetic fits my lifestyle. I can’t say enough about the innovation that is MagSafe (iPhones). While everyone is focusing on other flagship features (better cameras, smarter assistants), Apple does what they tend to do: release a feature that ANYONE could use, and EVERYONE would need. Not everyone wants/knows how to talk to their phone, but everyone could use the ease of use of a magnetic charger/external battery/ring holder/camera mount.

Purchased the ultra 2 Friday night. I fully charged it to 100% and put on my wrist at 2:33 AM Saturday morning . My watch made it down to 4% at 4:25 AM Monday morning . I would say I use my watch more than an average person. My watch is mirroring anything that has been watched or played on my phone so I used my watch to easily fast-forward and skip content. During this time I traveled using gps 7 hours, apple music playing for about 3 hours, or streaming services a total of 3 1/2 hours. always on display, never put on low battery mode. Screen brightness was at 50% the entire time. Truly love this watch I upgraded from a series 6.

Apple is so close. They need to worry less about the brightness and display and get that battery life up. I have never heard anyone complain about the brightness of the watch face in years. Get this watch another 24-48 hours and it will be nearly unmatched for people who actually use this kind of device.

I’m lucky to live within 5 miles of an Apple Store so, when I was getting my first Apple Watch (just after the Series 8 and Ultra 1 were released), I was able to try on all sizes, colours and models. I actually went for a Series 7 Nike 41 in Starlight. The Ultras are just too big … not to mention expensive, Thanks for the content.

I got an ultra 2 ordered from Amazon to replace my Samsung galaxy watches. Originally I first got the original galaxy watch and loved it. Eventually I wanted to upgrade and I never liked the Apple Watch feeling so fragile and small. I have large hands so I prefer a large watch which was a big reason I went Samsung even though I use an iPhone. I had the galaxy watch 3 titanium and loved it just as much as my first one and for a while there I fell out of wearing watches altogether as I was working in the sun and the heat causing the watch to burn my wrist and the funky tan line made me stop wearing it. Now that I’m no longer at that post and plan to start traveling more I want to get into another watch and this one appeals to me due to its larger face and iPhone integrated functionality.

I just got the ultra 2 and the full collection of watch bands (Amazon knockoffs of course... I don't have another $800 to spend on bands). This thing is awesome and the bootleg bands are actually pretty good and comfortable. You can spot the difference between real and fake if you compare side by side but comfort and functionality is identical. The only thing that remains to be seen is durability. Anyway they AWU2 is an awesome product and it's been motivating me to close my exercise ring every day. My previous apple watch SE did not do that.

I bought the Series 1 in September of last year and I really should have waited but for the most part I really like mine. To me the Series 1 is basically the same as the 2 except the fact that the face is all the way to the edge. Tell me what the primary difference between the 1 and 2 and make me want to buy a 2.

I got the Ultra 2 as a christmas present last year but I regret that my loved ones shelled out that much cash. Tbh, I find the watch uncomfortable to wear, I expected battery life to be way better that it actually is and the functonality is 95% the same for an average Joe like me.

Got my ultra 2 almost 2 months ago definitely a incredible watch and so customizable switching bands and the face makes it feel like a new watch battery life is great I can get about 2 and a half to 3 days which is a much improvement over my series 7 which got about a day at most

$800 😅 if you going to pay that much it better last a week. From my usage 3/4 days max 😳 fair in enough I shouldn’t compare to garmin enduro 2 which more of a sports watch 😎2 months without a charge 😏 Here’s DD I rock the enduro 2 left hand Awu 2 right hand Kind of obvious I love garmin body battery stats etc As for the AWU it’s perfect when I don’t need my phone I can leave it at home so notifications I never miss one Yes I’m that person has a LTE plan 😅why not got use the watches features lastly Apple Pay probably my most used feature comes in handy all the time Great video 🙌

Great video, sir, thanks. Apple Watch Ultra is great and the 2 has very few improvements. I did upgrade to the Ultra 2 specifically for on board Siri and I’m glad I did. For me it was worth it. I found both Ultras to be much more convenient and encourage me to be more active. It’s usually easier for me to respond to texts from the watch than picking up my iPhone.

this watch sucks. Can't even reliabily play my downloaded Amazon music content. it worked fine when I got the watch back in OCT2023 but since March2024 none of my downloaded music content will play. Spent 5 hours of my life troubleshooting the issue: rebooting, reDownloading, multiple restarts and settings tweaks. I used this specifically for running and listening to downloaded content so I don't need to carry my phone. Now its lost that capability and is completely useless for what I need it for. I've since switched back to garmin and I'm much happier being able to reliably play my downloaded music on my runs. You spend $800 on a watch and expect it to at least do something as simple as play downloaded music, it can't also battery life sucks. cant even last 3 days while my garmin will last me 2 weeks.

Let me start off sayingI’m an Apple guy, I have had them for a long time. I have the series 6 watch and was considering an upgrade, but when you say incredible battery life, it makes me laugh. 2-3 days isn’t incredible. It’s better but incredible battery life would be 7 days or more. They really need to the energy of making it brighter and put that into using it for the battery. In my humble opinion.
