So I got a new apple watch and would like to get it to work. The screen on the watch is black. When I hit and hold the button on the side I see a green lighting bolt. after a few seconds the green lighting bolt disappears. Is there something else that should happen? I'm I supposed to do something else to get the watch to work?

I feel like i’m hurting my apple watch when pressing the digital crown to go back a lot. The button for go back should be side button instead. Or there should be “back” button on screen.

They're made for you to use the button on the scroll wheel, so it won't hurt it through normal use.

Thank you and brilliant introduction. While I am extremely proficient on Windows, iPhone and iPad and iOS and a IT project manager, after loving my Fitbit for last 6 months, my introduction to the Apple Watch Series 5 over the last two days was frustrating as I found it non-intuitive and backwards. This 5 minute overview solved a lot of my frustrations and pointing me in a direction to be able to customize everything with more precision. Really well presented and heaps of value. Thank you.
