Yes but no. With Android if you don't use a Google Pixel but more like a Samsung galaxy S series or a OnePlus you can change the total look of the icon. On Samsungs galaxy S phones you have a whole theme store and Goolock.

iPhone Mirroring is really good. I like that you can just connect to it and start interacting with it while it's locked. You can mirror the screen with Android too, but nowhere as seamlessly. The iPhone features they added are ok, added some long over due features. But it's still missing so much. Math Notes is really well done, but other than that the iPad is not utilised. That hardware needs a desktop mode. They should have done iPhone Mirroring on the iPad. In fact, it'd be great if all devices could mirror each other.

Agreed. It feels more intentional and purposeful versus almost every other form of AI, which seems to put the onus on users to figure out the best way to use it. I downloaded the ChatGPT app but since it has zero hooks into iOS, I haven't bothered using it. It feels more like a party trick than something I'd actually use on a daily basis. Then again, maybe I'm not the intended audience.
