It helps to order some long shaft jacks for CBG and other odd projects. Many boxes are thicker than you might think.

Agreed. Those long shaft jacks are lifesavers. Many times I've had to use a forstner bit to get the box shallow enough. Thanks for checking it out.

You could do that. However, I've found that piezos have a big volume difference based on where you place them on the soundboard. They seem to be loudest if you put them where the bridge meets the soundboard. Thanks for checking out the vid.
