On New Years Day 2018 Brandon walked up to the counter of a cafe I worked at in Honolulu. My mouth dropped and I stuttered as I took his order. I was freaking out internally, but 😢I didn’t want to fan girl because he was on vacation with his family. I apologized for my nervousness explaining I was just a big fan. He was so nice and and offered to take a picture with me. I was so thankful because i never would have asked. I lost the pic on an old phone, but the memory of this moment is enough for me. Meeting him had been on my bucket list since Hot Fuss dropped. Such a down to earth guy. The Killers will forever be my favorite band. ❤

@@brendantindall805 yep, agree, they were. Nowadays, I don’t believe they get enough recognition for the amazing work they keep doing it. That just MY opinion. I'm so glad that this interview finally happened! I know that Zane and the Killers go way back, but I didn't know that he was there during the recording sessions in the early days too. It's really like old friends catching up. Since Brandon was there alone, I kinda wished Zane had mentioned Brandon's excellent 2 solo albums that he made during the group's hiatuses. People should really check it out. IMO, his solo stuff in 2010 and 2015 was really great and allowed Brandon to grow even more as an artist.
