The pump and its connector is at the front so removing the back panel doesnt help too much as its a real tricky to reach through, could be impossible for most. The pictures are taken with the front panel removed

This is not easy to do. The video is super helpful, however my hose is nestled in the back much like his and the clamp is almost impossible to release with the drum in the way.

Depends if someone puts the clip. If ir facing backwards its ok if it been fitted to the frontv. U need to lay machine on its side ,take off little door on bottom of front of machine take off plastic surround . The remove 2 screws that hold the water pumo they go back in quite easy as they are self tapping screws . Then very easy tonremove the hose . Thecsamsung hosecon the model i did had an elbow connection connecting to the water pump.

Yep that's exactly the only way I see taking this clamp off. My arms are long and can reach it from the back but I can't hold any pliers to un clamp it. Went to the front and tried to the access panel, nope. Just on it's side.

Wow, next time I buy a washer, I'm going to watch tutorials on how to do some "simple maintenance", if they show ridiculous design like this samsung, I'm picking another brand. This is not easy! And certainly not quick - I just to see if it's it clogged and the reason for the endless SE error codes we get.

Jay Lin I am doing the same. i ordered 10’ replacement, assuming it was longer. But looking at the video, there is more hose inside the washer than I expected. Do you know either how long the original was or what length you ordered? Thanks

Don’t let the sunlight directly hit the hose, it will destroy it very quickly. Stupid material for a hose.
