I appreciate to help. I have a Quattro and don’t think I can put a picture in design center? I don’t have the scanner board but only the pen tablet. I would love to know how to get a picture into there to use them. Can’t get a new machine.

It has been years since I owned the Quattro, I do not believe it has the capability to get a picture. You might want to explore one of the embroidery only machines.

Thank you. I was under the impression that you could send from sewing machine to the scan n cut but you have cleared that up for me. Hopefully in a future update that will be possible.

Can the Luminaire Embroidery machine only hook up to the Scan N Cut 225 only ? Or can it hook up to a Cricut Explorer Air 2 machine? Or any other cut machine? 😃 😃 😃 THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP! 😃 😃 😃

Cheryl Grider - the Scan and cut DX 225 or DX230 and the Luminaire can share PHX files and those same models of the scan n cut can read PES files. There is not another machine that can read the PHX files. You can read PES files with another software program and convert those files into a readable format for Cricut machines. The software is called Sure Cuts a Lot.

Oh forgot to mention that today I just downloaded yet a another update did not look to see what for yet.
