Applying an SPF Record to your Domain Name

What is the SPF recrod he pointed to above his head? Would have thought they would have included it in the notes for us to Copy and Paste

Thanks. We'll see if that works. Pain in the neck all this and I'm far from a computer novice. Don't know why it can't be done automatically or some more user friendly way. Also this problem has been present for many months, so you should have notified customers sooner.
