Hi Didier, you will need your employer’s organisation ID to complete the application form. Unregistered providers or self-managed participants can also apply to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission for an organisation ID. Please call our Customer Support Team on 1800 225 558 and we can talk you through the application process.
