My husband was arrested in 2009 for a DUI and went to court and had no conviction and his case was STET and had no issues since will he need a separate waiver? He has a 601A approved and I’m afraid they may find him inadmissible for this at his embassy appointment.

Have they changed the drug laws? My brother pleaded guilty but it wasn't for a drug charge. He was then immediately deported. I feel it was a wrongful deportation. He's been gone now for 20 years. I went to look at his docket and I see that he had a prior drug conviction from the 90's that wasn't his.. How can I get this Vaca so he can get a chance to return home to his family?
