i just tried that. After hitting the Redeem it showed a credit for the code but didn't upgrade the membership. What could be wrong?

I have same problem - bought machine with the promo 12 months subscription and code do not work. Costco still advertise this as valid promo so why???

I did all of that and it says you no longer support activation codes.

There are certain types of codes that may no longer be accepted. I don't know all the details and which promotions are currently in effect. I would contact iFit membership support directly.

I TRY MANY TIMES TO ACTIVATE AND IS IMPOSSIBLE. NOBODY ANSWER IN THE CHAT ALSO. IT IS A PROBLEM SALE SOMETHING THAT CAN NOT BE ACTIVATE.

It looks like you were trying to contact member care outside of business hours. To activate your console w/out an iFIT membership you can press and hold the iFIT Sync button (or whatever button gives you the Bluetooth pairing code), For about 30 seconds. (if you have a treadmill Make sure the safety key is inserted correctly). I have seen Some models that have a wire connection between the key switch and the console where the wire was assembled backwards make sure your wires are connected in the right orientation and completely to gather then try this method again.
