Very well explained... But you've missed one thing: for the appointment of the chief justice of the Islamabad high court or judge of Islamabad high court, the commission for their appointment shall also consist of all the chief justices of 4 high courts.rest of the lecture was eloquently articulated.

This is very bed method of appointment ,amendment is direly needed , exam must be taken for appointment of judges in High courts ,either they must be promoted from lower courts to relevant high courts

Bruh! They just don’t pick someone from the streets to appoint them as HC judge, one has to rub off His ass(sorry fr this word) for more than 15 years in courts to be appointed as a HC judge.

Bhai for confirmation 5 out of 8 majority is required, for rejection 6 out of 8 majority is required, if the 4 wants to confirm and 4 wants to reject, what will happen in this case

3/4 majority is required. Which is equal to 6/8. Incase it is less than 3/4, a person will not be appointed as a judge. And another nomination shall be made by the judicial commission to the parliamentary commission

Very simple. Just attend your lectures, study relevant books, watch some lectures videos and make your own notes.

In uni, you will have alot of free times so try to adjust it and study other books, e.g constitution or some other general books.
