I've been trying to get back in the gym as well. So hearing you speak about it is very inspiring! Subscribed after watching this video because it felt like you were talking to a friend. Keep the workouts going, I will also try to do the same!

10 minutes on the stair machine is impressive! I used to mix it up by climbing stairs at an angle, if you turn your body so that your left shoulder is facing forward so you are moving your right foot over the left to climb, and the same with your right side after. It works slightly different muscles and helps break up the time a little!

Shopping is a pain. I always end up with way too many 'extras,' Lol. Good episode, May. Your english is way better than you realize. How often do you practice cello? I am planning on practicing at least three times a week. Awaiting the next exciting adventure. :) ~Fritz

Me too! These days I practice 3-4 times a week :) Wow what instrument do you play?

@@MAY-lj9ty I have vowed to get back to it - you have been an inspiration. I recently moved, so free time to practice is hard to come by. I think I have played just about everything string and wind instrument out there. I am new to and learning cello, however. The alto sax is probably the instrument I have played the most - it's what got me started in music. *sigh* Music, even if not a focus, has always been a part of my life in some way... and I am sure you relate. Better than shopping, Lol. ~Fritz
