I just got the novice stuff too. I overthought mine. Will use your technique next time especially under the nail and pushing the product back in. When I was using the gel made a mess and they were crooked. Thanks for this.

Do you need to cure a layer of gel on your nail beforehand?

Did you apply dehydrator, primer and a layer of extend gel on the nail before you applied the tips?

I noticed you did not do the thin layer of gel on your natural nail? Apres has you do that Do you find it stays on better without the thin layer?

For me it’s too much product. I think that the more you use of this product the easier the nail Can pop off if it doesn’t get cured all the way!

@@machobeauty Ok so you're saying you don't think the thin layer cures enough or may not? I get it and I am going to try it. I did however get certified for Gel x Apres by the company so Im a little leery on changing what they do but its worth a shot as I feel that I have had more pop-off or look like there is bubbles under when I have applied the thin layer,

Hi sorry it took me so long to reply, we decided to di it the way Apres suggested since they have done study after study on it and they have been working great. The key is just a thin coat and just a bit of extend gel under the tip part of the nail tip@NashvilleTNgirl
