To be honest, did Cormani look good? He was ranked 832nd corner last year in 9 games, 4 starts and 277 snaps. Lowest rated corner on the team. He came in out of shape, refused coaching as his stance and technique are the same he used in high school. I can recall several videos where Coach Mathis, Kelly, and or Prime tried correcting his stance. Then you got the lack of studying game tape, late to meeting, or missing meetings and practices. Like Prime said, "What are we losing here?" in reference to the guys who left. A tall, lanky corner who's out of shape, can't take coaching, and doesn't go the extra mile to be great. In other words, lazy. However, this is one is still on Prime for recruiting him, and playing Cormani when he was not ready. What made me upset, the kid straight lied talking about he's going no where, and not sure where all the transfer talk was coming from. This lets me know his word is worthless.

Cormani smoking weed would ordinarily be his private choice. Yes, weed is legal in Colorado. HERE'S the problem: NCAA Rules for college students has it on the least of disqualifying drugs. Just like gambling is legal; however, both college and professional sports forbids athletes from betting on their team. It's all in the rules, so public/personal opinions don't matter. The athletes are made aware of the policy on a consistent basis.
