Another Soap and Glory scrub, Flake Away maybe, is the better texture you describe. Try a clarifying shampoo if you’re using so much dry shampoo, or shampooing twice. Some people swear by the shampooing twice, I don’t have greasy hair at all so made little difference to me. Living proof dry shampoo is the best I’ve ever used, use it after a work out and hair looks pretty much freshly washed!

I didn't see a difference shampooing twice and I don't use dry shampoo often really, once every couple of weeks if that.. I suspect it's the shampoos I'm testing/the seasonal change

@@MissBudgetBeauty Isn't that one sulfate-free, though? For clarifying you need a good "old" harsh sulfate shampoo, say like Pantene, the volumizing one will do, even though Pantene is on the "milder" bandwagon these days too. They used to containe SLS & SLES & CB, now only SLES & CB for detergents. Herbal Essences are good too. If you can get the Suave daily clarifying? Get that!

Hiya, I have hair type similar to yours and I use umberto gianni scalp scrub. So good. When you use it, it works like a cleansing shampoo and scrub together. I also really like the OGX apple cider shampoo. Keeps my hair cleaner. X

The Neutrogena clarifying shampoo will kick your hair's butt; for sure! It's on the pricier side for a shampoo, but if you need to remove all the gunk! Yep!!! Don't get a clarifying shampoo if it is a sulfate-free formula. You actually need the detergents to get the gunk out! And if you have to wing it, get an "oily hair" formula, any sulfate shampoo will do.

Ouai clarifying shampoo and a scalp brush is an option in summers fabfitfun. I'm going for it cos it sounds great! I always feel like I have a bit of build up on my scalp.

I have an issue with my hair looking greasy and build up on my scalp aswell. I like using the soap and glory scalp exfoliating shampoo with charcoal. You need to make sure you wash it out well as it has little scrubby beads in it and I try to use it just on my scalp I find it really helps and my hair and scalp always feels nice and clean.

I have to say I am impressed on your perfectly neat mask application. When I do it I look like a crazy person that smeared stuff all over their face. On the hair issue, and you may have tried this already so ignore me, try a detox shampoo that removes build up from products. There is a detox shampoo in the FFF summer box, I will be getting that. Currently I use an old Ojon clarifying shampoo but I am running out (got it from QVC ages ago, it lasts forever I use it once a month) I am not sure if the brand is around anymore.

That's funny you talking about scalp massager in the video and in Customisation 2 in the summer FabFitFun box, one of the options is the Ouai detox shampoo and it comes with a scalp massager!
