Always really enjoy these videos. Would love you to put in some lifestyle faves too! I'm totally with you on the excess facial hair, I have been tested for PCOS and it's not that. Sometimes it can be another hormone imbalance not related to PCOS. I've always suffered and because I have very dark coarse hair (I think from being half Hispanic) it's been something I've always had issues with especially now I'm in my 40s. I'm definitely going to try that Primark serum ❤ Have a wonderful day xxx

I went into menopause (no more periods, at all) age 47/48, right around my b-day! I'm 52 now, still: nothing. But my hormones are still, virtually all there. Big mystery, to me at least. My doctor isn't worried. But it can be a beast. I can be OK for months and then suddenly I go hot & cold at the flip of a switch. On the whole? Totally relieved because I had beastly, ghastly periods.

You might like the new isoclean spray. It’s an antibacterial spray that soothes and reduces inflammation also prevents breakout. There is another brand too that does the same it’s all over tik tok.the other spray is kanzen just looked it up. It’s cheaper than isoclean but haven’t tried it.

Please be careful when plucking hairs. My daughter has PCOS and used to pluck hairs out of her chin. She ended up in A and E with an infection, her neck swelled up and she was in hospital for a week. She had to have her neck lanced and drained ❤
