April story is the perfect way to introduce people to the division world and on top of that the division is grounded in reality no space magic no aliens or anything like that. Very interesting! A friend I met in the dark zone in Div1 and I were both following the clues in the first book and finding stuff in the game, it was a fun adventure. I'd kinda thought Massive had given up her story until I found an echo on top of a random building where April ran into a bunch of dudes. It was a great nod that she was still kicking. Fantastic narrative here, sir! Sure hope she turns up one of these days as an interactive character.

Dude, that ECHO where April is in Miko apparment says PAGE 35. I have the book and went to page 35 and OMG! The thing she says in the ECHO is just a small piece, in reallity, in the book, is more extended and I almost cried. Alex Irvine really did a magnificent job on both books. Main problem is that New York Collapse can be read in so many ways but is really, REALLY GOOD.

I have played like 50 hours in div 1 ( I bought it really late as I didn't had yet a pc capable of runing it) and after that div 2 came and I have 300h in the game but somehow div 1 managed to find a special place in my heart. It's darker and full of lore and I fell in love with that and New York. When someone mentions New York for whatever reason the firs thing that comes in my mind is The Division agents and dollar flu 😁

There is a Division 2 echo outside of Last Stop Safehouse with April Kelleher facing off with Black Tusk. Look UP and you will find it. It has a rope you can shoot down.

@NGN After completing the Pentagon mission and recovering the equipment, back at the WH a new room has opened by the clan room. This lab is the equipment recovered and is suppose to produce the anti-viral. With your book connection of April in DC my assumptions are that April will be assigned to that lab. As Division 2 opens new chapters to the game we will have to wait and see.

I think its because not a lot of people would be interested in sifting through hours of story to play the game. A lot of games are finding the same issue, and are having to find new ways of including the lore without necessarily forcing the player to watch something.

I think there is the possibility that he'll work with someone, but not FOR someone. Even then, he'll only do it for as long as it suits him, and they're being useful for him. Personally I don't think he's working with them. I think these ppl are actually part of the reason he broke away from the SHD. When he found out about the corruption in the government etc.

It's more likely the Organisation is linked to the Hunters. It's already known that BTSU has a well placed benefactor that also has connections with darpa and SHD. Makes sense for them to have a fail safe in place on their tech. such a fail safe would make jamming or hacking SHD tech easy.

I watch this video when it was released seven months ago I personally thought all of her info had been uncovered of what was left of April until today, I discover while grinding with a buddy a echo of April in Washington talking to someone whom? Bardon Schaeffer call me crazy she meets Keener near the end before he disappears and then she meet Schaeffer before the black tusk invasion? I feel like after her previous incident she has something or this case looking for someone or something? Recall how Keener had limitless resources perhaps April could be playing a role or a form of key to this as April is a reporter I wouldnt be surprised she had kept a catalog since the start and been writing a lot and discovering stuff that she shouldn't have. Perhaps small theory Keener had cross paths with her again in New York before Anna was active she was his intel or coordinator in D.C in return in promises of helping her discover secrets looming around her husband's death. So keener`s let say had April been feeding intel for the future rogue cells like Jupiter's and currently Hornets cells on targets, landing points as well updates on what's been going around the state of Washington sounds crazy but how else do a boat full cleaners go undetected by sea till their arrival in D.C where they make themselves to the hostile factions and JTF? The echo located in Judiciary Square near the Last Stop safe house north it's not too far of from the area their is a rope if you look up at one the tall buildings you have to shoot at to bring the line down to check it out.
